We present a plot of land located in the province of Luanda, in a peripheral area of the city centre, with industrial and logistical characteristics, close to the confluence between two main roads, Via Expresso and Estrada Zango-Calumbo, enabling easy access to different areas of the metropolitan area of Luanda, as well as the future Luanda International Airport.
In the surroundings, there are several industrial and storage units, such as the Viana Park complex.
The plot of land has 20,000 m2 in which, according to the existing buildings in the surroundings, a construction potential of around 10,000 m2 is estimated.
