We present a plot of land with potential and easy accessibility, located in Luanda, next to Estrada de Catete. This road is one of the main connecting roads to the city and province, and is therefore ideal for developing commercial and service projects.
It is an area of great movement and strong commercial nature. In the vicinity of the land, we highlight the Águas do Coelho Retention Basin and the Grafanil Train Station.
This land has 10,171m2, which, according to the existing buildings in the surroundings, is expected to have a construction potential of around 5,085m2.
It is fully walled, with access via a paved road, pedestrian and heavy vehicles gates, a transformer station, lighting stations and a masonry structure with changing rooms, cafeteria, workshop porch, offices and security post.
