This shop has 90 m² of gross building area, set in a 500 m² plot of land with a single floor made of prefabricated structure, consisting of a customer service area, ATM area, back office, stationery, toilet, technical area, security cabin, patio and a terrace area.
It was previously a bank agency, with quality finishes and does not require a large investment to be used.
