We hereby present a spacious shop, located next to downtown Luanda, in a location with high affluence and great accessibility. The city centre offers a framework with a variety of services, bank branches, embassies, public institutions, restaurants, hotels and other places of interest.
In addition to the privileged location, it stands out due to offering a wide area of 2,543 m², over two floors, with the functional characteristics of a car dealership with a showroom. On the first floor, we find an open space, offices and a garage with an access ramp for entry and exit of vehicles. The second floor has a showcase to the street, offices, warehouse, two areas for the service station, changing rooms and toilet.
This shop is located on the facade of a 6-story building above ground, with a reinforced concrete structure, which gives it increased visibility. It was previously a car dealership with a showroom, it has sanitation and functional structures, so it does not require a high investment to be used.
