We hereby present a shop with great commercial potential, located in the centre of the city of Sumbe, in a location with high affluence and great accessibility. The city centre offers a framework with a variety of services, public institutions and places of interest.
This shop, built on a 100 m² plot, has 130 m² of gross building area, with a single floor, with the functional characteristics of a bank agency. The interior is composed of a space dedicated to public service, a back office service area, a large counting room, a backstage room, a safe room, ATM machine area, copy room, small kitchen/pantry area and toilets. The outdoor space has a technical area, a toilet and dedicated parking space.
The shop is located next to one of the main streets of the city, next to Estrada Nacional, which gives it increased visibility. It was previously a bank agency, has quality finishes and does not require a large investment to be occupied.
