This logistics warehouse has 5400 m2, divided into 4 autonomous fractions (E, F, G and H) of 1400 m2 each. This warehouse is of modern construction and has an above-ground loading dock, which allows for greater mobility when loading and unloading goods.
It also allows modulation for different uses and businesses per fraction by adapting the existing space with the eventual creation of offices and sanitary facilities to suit commercial or service use.
